We are concerned about the over-development of parts of the City and the potential for yet more high-rise buildings in both Hove and at the Marina.
We wonder if the present infra structure can cope with the relentless expansion of back garden development and the building of high rise flats. Government housing targets will inevitably put a strain on our hospitals, doctors, dentists and schools that are already over-stretched.
Parking for cars needs to be considered carefully and also the additional pressure these extra cars will put on our busy roads
